What does my order status mean?

ControllerModzAU offers a comprehensive system of six order statuses that facilitate effective tracking of your order's progress until it is prepared for shipment.

• Pending - Your order has been  received and is currently in a queued state pending payment finalisation of the transaction.
• Processing - Your order has been authorized by the system and is now in line for customization.
• On Hold - Your order has been temporarily paused due to pending credit availability, which is contingent on the actions you have taken with your payment intermediary.
• Completed - Lets Go!! We are pleased to inform you that your order is now prepared for shipment. An email containing the shipping details and tracking number of your package will be sent to your provided email through our postage service. i.e Aus Post/DHL
• Cancelled - The order has been cancelled and will not be processed. The refund is processed. Duration until monies is received is dependent on payment method.
